their last album is a little more punk pop-ish but still not really, just compared to the older stuff. zsk, more political punk! literally one of my favourite bands! love them, more modern sounding compared to slime imo. My favourite songs: die geschichte des andrea t (interesting musically but fun and the lyrics are just very true lol), sich fügen heißt lügen, ernie und bert in guantanamoģ. some of their lyrics are very 80s/90s german leftists and might not be up to 2021 online cancel culture standards if you like punk and or leftist politics check them out. i think the singer left last year (sad) but i kinda grew up with them, i definitely don't know all of their songs (to be fair they started making music in like the early 80s or so) but they're fun. slime, old school punk i guess? very political. My favourite songs: alles gute, vivaldi, lass mich nicht los, nie wieder kokain, das boot ist voll, jung und dumm (i could probably list most of his songs but i'll stop here)Ģ. his songs either sound really fun or really sad, there's no in between.incredible live! i've seen him twice, sometimes his singing makes his whole upper body vibrate and the emotions™ are intense, between him and his band there's more talent on that stage than i can comprehend. if you like lyrics with irony in them this is for you! mostly sings about like problems in society as a whole, sometimes more specific political things and other times his music is just him being sad, sometimes all of it. really good singer and all the musicians in his band are incredible. he's from switzerland but most of his music is in standard german. I still do not understand genres but i am trying lol and as always fair warning that nothing i ever say is really comprehensibleġ.
